... opened its doors on 23rd December 2003, when the year was about to expire. Initially based in Los Alcázares, Murcia, soon we moved to a more strategic situation. Our offices are in the coastal locality of Pilar de la Horadada, still in the province of Alicante, but in the last town before the Murcia region.

 

This localisation allows us to cover a wide area, comprising Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and its golf courses, Torre de la Horadada and the well-know golf resorts in Murcia (El Valle, La Torre, Mar Menor, Condado de Alhama) up to Cartagena, all of them just a few minutes drive from our premises. Alicante and Murcia airports are very close and well communicated via the A-7 motorway, which has an specific exit to our town.

 

With three registered English-speaking lawyers and a legal translator, we cover all the legal necessities you may have in the fields of civil and criminal law. Our office is specialised in property law, but also deals with any aspects of the mentioned fileds.

 

Our lawyers can help you through the purchasing or selling process, prepare a power of attorney in Spain or even in the U.K. or Ireland through a local notary public, sign and register your deeds, process your mortgage (if needed), pay your associated taxes and, at the end of the process, provide you with a freehold and marketable title to your Spanish property.

 

Once you own a property in Spain, we do recommend all owners the completion of a Spanish will. This is not mandatory, as our clients tend to think, but it is strongly advisable, and it will save your beneficiaries time and money when the inevitable occurs.
